Monitoring consultations can be done in person, via Skype or email, to suit the executive’s busy schedule

Information is presented in an engaging manner to optimise participation and learning. 3. ‘Wellness notes’

5. Review of food provision and development of a catering policy
Your current food provision (canteen, vending machines, catering for meetings, kitchen areas) will be assessed. You will receive a feedback report on the outcomes. Advice will be tailored to meet your wellbeing priorities. A catering policy can also be created if requested.
